Any one wanna comment on a game I'm running on Gaia Online?

Game I've made on Gaia

This thing gets more elaborate every day and with the elaboration comes way more effort in running this game. I have a helper who familiarized himself with the rules but... well if you scan the pages you will be able to see what I am dealing with.

Any input?
